Students had the opportunity to live with a Spanish family for ten days, visited a lot of monuments and interesting sites of the region, observed lessons, and practised their Spanish...

What the students thought

 “I thought that the whole experience was something new and exciting, it was a change from life in England. I found it really fun to meet new people and see all the beautiful things of Córdoba, Sevilla and Granada... and I learned some good Spanish out of it, like things they use in everyday life. I think we were really fortunate to get the opportunity to do this exchange and I have learned more in those ten days than 3 years of school. I loved every minute of it!” - Bethany Place

“Knowing I was meeting someone I had never met before and staying at their home was nerve racking. But now that I have been I feel I have two families. They were so welcoming, it was like it was my own home and family. Having the experience that I did was untrue. I would love to go back and meet everyone again. Now I am waiting for Irene to come to my home, I am hoping she will feel just as welcomed as they made me feel, I loved every moment of the exchange.” - Amy Watkinson
