For the fourth year in a row the dance students at Redcar Community College created another fantastic performance for International Dance Day. There were nearly 70 students ranging from Y7 toY11 performing to approximately 600 people over the 3 days.

Partner schools; Bydales and Scared Heart, were also involved as students in Y9, Y10 and Y11 have been working together; the dance BTEC course is offered to all the in the schools in the local consortia. The audience were treated to Fosse inspired choreography of 'All that Jazz' as well as some interesting contemporary work.

The students worked extremely hard in their preperation for the event and even came in the Easter holidays for a rehearsal. Miss Collins would like to say well done to all the students and Thank you to the audience for coming and supporting us.
