There is a Werewolf in Town PDF Print E-mail
This week Year 10 BTEC Acting students from Redcar Community College performed ‘There is a Werewolf in Town’ by Lewis Gardner.  This play was enjoyed by over 200 students from local Primary Schools.  Year 9 students also provided entertainment in the form of Contemporary Dance.  An Art Exhibition was also part of the event and featured mixed media portraits, photography and Batik work.
Jeanne Round, Head of the Arts Faculty said, ‘As a Specialist Visual and Performing Arts College we try to provide creative experiences for our partner Primary Schools.  This event allowed our BTEC Acting students to gain confidence in sustaining a role as well as encouraging group co-operation and responsibility.’
