The Redcar & Marske Specialist Schools Trust is a group of local schools and partner organisations that work together to share resources, expertise and ideas to provide an education that will prepare the pupils in our area to meet the challenges of the future.

  • innovative and inspirational 11 – 19 educational provision for the communities of Redcar and Marske which is sustainable and personalised to the learning needs and aspirations of all      learners and which is characterised by outstanding educational achievements and raised aspirations.

Key Strategic Priorities

  • To raise standards through the increased personalisation of learning

  • To secure, by collaboration a sustainable 14-19 curriculum provision that meets the learning needs of the full ability range of young people.
  • To secure the high quality guidance and support necessary for young learners to make considered and appropriate 14-19 curriculum choices.
  • To secure a curriculum in which all learners develop the personal skills necessary for successful progression into training, further and/or higher education and employment.
